In the case of a return due to any dissatisfaction, please follow these simple steps:

All returns are subject to 10% handling fee and shipping cost back to our warehouse, except in cases where the product may be delivered defective to you. The refund will be issued within 14 working days of receipt of the items being returned to our office address provided they have not been used. We do not process refunds as a result of the product getting damaged while being in the customers’ possession.

Please note, all the defective products are to be returned to The Woven Arts in its original condition, original packaging, with the invoice and sealed carefully. Ensuring safe receipt of the defective product by The Woven Arts is the sole responsibility of the customer. In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then The Woven Arts shall make the necessary modifications/alterations at the cost of the customer.

The refund will be issued within 14 working days of receipt of the items being returned to our office address on the condition that they have not been used. We do not process refunds as a result of product incurring damage while still being in the customers’ possession.

All exchange is subject to 10% handling fee and shipping cost back to our warehouse as well as the new delivery cost to send a new product to you. If you cannot find a suitable product on our website, a credit note for the value of your
purchase will be issued after adjusting for 10% handling fee and return fee or re stocking fee will be charged. This credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
The exchange policy will only be valid if the product is returned to us in the original wrapping, is undamaged and has no evidence of use and you have followed our instructions when returning the product.

Refund:

The Woven Arts will refund the paid amount only if the order at delivery is damaged, faulty or if the order is incorrect. No refund will be given by The Woven Arts if the order has been delivered as per the specifications entered by the customer during the ordering process.

In the event of an error having occurred on the part of The Woven Arts, the product can be replaced, or the amount can be refunded which will be the sole discretion of The Woven Arts.

Cancellation:

The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of any item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 7 working days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. We shall notify the customer once the cancellation has taken place and the refund has been processed.

This implies that there, may be variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website.

This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of digital screens.
